1. Local Storage Data Retention

PuzzleHub is built as a client-side game platform. We **do not host databases** that collect or store your game statistics, streak records, user names, or selected avatars. All user information is saved locally in your own browser's cache storage (`localStorage`). This means you are in full control of your data, and deleting your browser cache will permanently clear your scores.

2. Cookies & Local Analytics

We do not use tracking cookies or sell your personal details to advertising networks. Browser cache settings are used solely to store active game states (e.g. keeping your draft letters in Wordle or pencil drafts in Sudoku) so you don't lose progress if you refresh the page.

3. Data Security

Since your data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your browser settings and device access. We recommend keeping your operating system and web browser updated to protect local browser variables from third-party unauthorized reads.
